EAHAD is inviting its members to apply for two vacant spots on its Executive Committee.
To apply to join the Executive Committee, please download and complete the nomination form.
Your completed form must be received by 25 November 2016. An election to fill the vacant positions will be conducted by electronic ballot and the results will be announced at EAHAD’s Annual General Meeting in Paris, France, on 2 February 2017 during the 10th Annual Congress.
Please note that in order to be considered for a place on the Executive Committee, you must be an Ordinary Member of EAHAD. Ordinary membership is open to medical practitioners, clinical scientists and members of professions allied to medicine, from any country, who, at the time of application for membership, are working in haemophilia-related services and are actively interested in haemophilia and allied disorders.

The nomination process is as follows:
- Submit nomination form by the closing date: 25 November 2016
- The application forms of all candidates and an electronic ballot will be circulated to EAHAD members no later than 2 December 2016
- Election results will be announced on 2 February 2017 at EAHAD’s Annual General Meeting
