1. Information about EAHAD
The website https://eahad.org/ (hereinafter: the “Website”) is managed and operated under the responsibility of the EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION FOR HAEMOPHILIA AND ALLIED DISORDERS AISBL, an international non-profit association incorporated under the laws of Belgium, having its seat at 1040 Etterbeek, Cours Saint Michel 30b, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under the number 0718.594.509 (RLE Brussels) (hereinafter: “EAHAD”).
The Website provides information about the activities of EAHAD and access to publications developed by EAHAD.
2. Intellectual property rights
2.1. This Website and all its components and content (including texts, publications of EAHAD’s working groups, trademarks, logos, graphics, photos, videos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights (including copyrights, neighboring rights, trademark rights, database rights) and other applicable (intellectual) property rights and belong to EAHAD or third parties.
2.2. The content may not be stored (other than as necessary to view the EAHAD Website), reproduced, modified, made public, distributed, transmitted, sold, transferred to third parties or used in any way, without the prior written consent of EAHAD (unless specified otherwise in specific publications) or the rightsholder. Access to the Website does not give users any ownership title in the components made available to them on the Website. All rights not specifically granted herewith are reserved by the respective owner(s).
2.3. EAHAD grants to the user a non-exclusive, non-transferrable license for an indefinite duration and revocable at all times without any reason, to access the content of the Website. The user agrees to refrain from circumventing the technical protective measures of the documents and multimedia elements. Reproduction and other types of use of any of the component/content are not authorized,unless for the purposes and in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles XI.189 – XI.191/2 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and provided that an explicit acknowledgement to EAHAD is made, unless EAHAD waives the explicit acknowledgement by written notice.
2.4. Any other use of the Website and its components/content that is not covered by this article 2 is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of intellectual property rights or other applicable property rights.
