Most recently, she worked for the European Judicial Training Network as a Project Manager, organising and coordinator training activities for judges and prosecutors from the EU Member States. Prior to that she worked for 6 years in the European Commission, Directorate for Competition in the Media and Copyright Antitrust Unit.
Livia holds a Master Degree in Management of Intellectual Property and a Master Degree in International Relations from the University of Paris 13 as well as a Bachelor Degree in European Studies and International Relations from the University of Babes-Bolyai in Romania.
A native of Romania, Livia speaks Romanian, English, French, and Spanish fluently.
Livia is responsible for all aspects of the management, organisation, and coordination of EUHASS, the European Haemophilia Safety Surveillance project. She also supports the European Haemophilia Centre Certification process, maintains and further develops the Haemophilia Centre Locator, and contributes to the EuroBloodNet activities.
