Interim Chief Executive Officer
Pascale comes to EAHAD with over 15 years’ experience in the not-for-profit health sector.
She has worked for the Belgian Foundation against Cancer, the European Society for Medical Oncology, the European Academy for Dermatology and Venerology, the Council of European Dentists, and the European CanCer Organisation.
She has held various managerial and directorial positions throughout her career with a particular focus on policy and EU affairs.
Pascale trained as a lawyer, is a Brussels native, and is fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
As Project Manager, Pascale oversees the implementation of the Gene Therapy in Hemophilia Educational Partnership between ISTH, the France Foundation, and EAHAD. She coordinates the activities of the EAHAD Gene Therapy Working Group, including assisting the chair in developing a timeframe and deliverables, recruiting and engaging members, and organising the Working Group meetings.
Pascale supports and liaises with the Coagulation Factor Variant Databases Working Group and the Women and Bleeding Disorders Working Group. Finally, she supports EAHAD with the organisation of the Annual General Meeting and contributes to the strengthening of the association’s partnerships and collaborations.
Pascale will serve as the association’s Interim Chief Executive Officer from March 2021 until July 2021.
