Renester is an experienced haemophilia clinical nurse specialist (CNS) at The Royal London Haemophilia Comprehensive Care Centre. She qualified as a registered nurse 10 years ago where she began her career on a general haematology ward before diversifying into critical outreach nursing.
 
Her innate passion for haematology led her to haemophilia where she has worked as a senior haemophilia nurse for >6 years caring for 2000+ adult and paediatric patients with rare inherited bleeding disorders. Renester is the educational lead for the Haemophilia Centre, organising a multi-professional journal club and annual haemophilia study day for clinical staff within her Trust and 6 district general hospitals.
 
Additionally, Renester is the genomics lead nurse, dental liaison lead, hepatitis link nurse at the Royal London Haemophilia Centre.
